Isobel began her training with Lawrence Stephens in 2021 and qualified into the Corporate & Commercial and Banking team in January 2023.

Isobel advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including share and asset sales, acquisitions, company restructuring and shareholder agreements. She also has some experience advising on employment contracts and settlement agreements.

Isobel graduated from the University of Sheffield and completed her LPC LLM at BPP University in Leeds. As part of her degree, Isobel spent a year abroad studying in the Netherlands. Before joining Lawrence Stephens, Isobel worked as a paralegal in Real Estate and was seconded to work in-house for a leading property developer.

In her free time, Isobel enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time friends and family and travelling as much as possible.
