Unregulated Term Lending

We regularly act for well-established and new to the market Lenders offering unregulated term loans. We have considerable experience in this area and  are well regarded in the market for our expertise in diligently preparing, advising on and concluding term lending transactions.

Revolving Debt

We assist our Lender clients with making revolving credit facilities available for their borrowers on a quick and flexible basis as we appreciate the need for businesses to have the ability to draw on capital at short notice. Additionally, drawing down funding in to complete on future property transactions and adding them to the suite of security held by the Lender are situations we often are involved in.

Structured Finance

Our Structured Finance team specialises in providing advice for a broad range of lenders in structured finance transactions. Our experience means we have an understanding of issues that may affect lenders and we work with our clients to develop practical and innovative structures for their borrowers.
